This workshop will introduce straight and curved lines as a way to analyze and capture the gesture of a pose. it offers a structure to abstract and therefore to emphasize the key features of a pose.

Materials:
Newsprint/sketch PAPER (18" X 24")
Black vine CHARCOAL
Kneaded ERASER
Wiping CLOTH or chamois
4B or 6B PENCILS (optional)
White CHALK/CONTE (optional)
Backup supplies are available if needed.
